Until the last two laps it looked as if the team Schnabl Engineering could travel back home from the 8th round of the Porsche Carrera Cup with another top-result, but just two laps before the chequered flag came out, Jiri Janak with a flat spot slid into the gravel. Hannes Plesse with a good performance finished the race in Barcelona on 20th rank.

At the debut of the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup on the new city circuit in Valencia the Team Schnabl Engineering experienced a superb race weekend. After a great performance of both drivers in the qualifying on Saturday, Jörg Hardt with a strong drive finished second in the race on Sunday. Darryl O'Young, who started from fifth position, had bad luck in the race and came in on rank 17.

At very hot temperatures about 30°C at the 9th round of the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup in Budapest, Team Schnabl Engineering claimed a good result once again. While Darryl O'Young went trough a difficult weekend, finishing 23rd in the race, guest driver Jörg Hardt, who substituted Jiri Janak, had a brilliant race and in the end crossed the line on rank nine.

The 7th round of the Porsche Carrera Cup at the Nürburgring took a thoroughly pleasant course for the team Schnabl Engineering last weekend. While Jiri Janak with his Porsche GT3 once more could finish within the Top-10 of the 30 Cup-Pilots, Hannes Plesse finished the race on the track in the German Eifel region 14th, and with that claimed his first points in the Porsche Carrera Cup.

A difficult start into the Weekend at 8th round of the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup at the home race in Hockenheim took a conciliatory end with the race on Sunday. After a fault-free performance Jiri Janak finished 11th and only just missed the Top 10. With that, the Czech could claim some further points in the Championship. Keita Sawa was involved in an incident that let him drop back early in the race. The Japanese finally finished the Hockenheim round on 22nd rank.

The Sunday at the weekend for the 6th round of the Porsche Carrera Cup in the Dutch Zandvoort took a disappointing course for the Team Schnabl Engineering. In front of about 50.000 spectators the Czech had to retire from the race on the 4.307 kilometre in the dunes already in the first lap. Hannes Plesse ended up with more luck. Despite most difficult conditions the German finished the race with his Porsche on 19th Position.

In front of a fantastic scenery with more than 100.000 spectators at the 5th round of the Porsche Carrera Cup on the Norisring, Jiri Janak claimed another seven points for the driver standings of the championship. Despite a not perfectly setup Porsche 911 GT3 Cup the Czech with his fighting spirit once more managed to finish within the TOP-10 of the strong and competitive field of the series. With rank 16 the German Hannes Plesse only just missed points.

The fifth round of the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup in Monaco took place under very tough conditions. Heavy rain during the whole race made it a hard job for every driver in the grid. Despite the difficult conditions, both Schnabl-Engineering pilots did a great Job and finished within the point. Jiri Janak came in on 13th position, while Darryl O'Young finished the chase through the Monegasque Principality on rank 15.

With mixed feelings Schnabl Engineering travels back home from the fourth round of the Porsche Carrera Cup at the EuroSpeedway Lausitz. While Jiri Janak after a strong and fault-free performance with rank eight brought in another good result for the Team Schnabl Engineering, Hannes Plesse after some technical problems in the practice session finished the race on 19th position.
