Schnabl Engineering with three Porsche in the new season

The Butzbach based team will start with three Porsche 911 GT3 in the new season. Start of the season will be at Hockenheim from May 15th - May 17th 2009.

Sebastian Asch (Ammerbuch), Robert Lukas (PL) and Hannes Plesse (Hodenhagen) are the drivers fort he 2009 season. Plesse already started last season for the team of team owner Sven Schnabl and trusts again the knowledge of the experienced team.

New in the team are the Poland driver Robert Lukas, who already brings knowledge from the former Carrera Cup season and Sebastian Asch who is a Rookie this season

The 22year old Sebastian Asch starts in Touring cars since 2004, he has been vice-champion in the Seat Leon Supercopa. 2008 he started at the ADAC GT Masters and finished fourth overall. His father Rolland Asch is one of the most famous Touring car drivers of Germany. He competed at 174 DTM races and started in the Carrera Germany, too. He won the Carrera Cup Germany in 1991.

"I think we have a good team for 2009", team owner Sven Schnabl commented before the first race of the 2009 season at Hockenheim as a support event to the DTM. „First tests we did at Hockenheimring, Zandvoort as well as at the EuroSpeedway Lausitz."
