On the first weekend of november Darryl O'Young had his second run for the asien Porsche Carrera Cup. It was the last but one round of the series at Zhuhai.

Once again Schnabl Engineering was responsible for the technical support for the last year champion from Hong Kong. Michael Sauer cared for the Porsche of O'Young, replacing teamhed Sven Schnabl who had to be present during two events in Germany.

Exactly like his debut at Shanghai Darryl O'Young and his Team Jebsen-LKM Porsche drove best time in qualifying and took pole-position for the first race.

But race one was already over after the very first lap. Behind the leading O'Young his chaser Keita Sawa missed the braking point and crashed into O'Young's rear wheel. So he had to come to pits where he finally had to retire.

A lot better was the second race. From the last position, he caught up bravely and managed to take podium with rank three after 12 laps of fight. The chinese spectators were fascinated by the performance of O'Yong who already took part in the Porsche Supercup 2007 for Schnabl Engineering -LKM- Team Jebsen. Additionally he took fastest lap time with 1:38,115 min. and in doing so was even quicker than his opponents in race one.
